WTFlight? uses a small amount of account and gameplay data to provide Google sign-in, Daily Departure, and the public leaderboard. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Information we collect
- Google account identifiers and email address used to authenticate your account.
- Your chosen callsign, which is public on the leaderboard.
- Daily game progress, scores, completion time, and the clues used during a ranked attempt.
- Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use this information only to sign you in, enforce one ranked attempt per day, restore an interrupted attempt, calculate results, show the leaderboard, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable. Google sign-in requests only basic identity information; WTFlight? does not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or other Google services.
Storage and service providers
Authentication and account records are stored with Supabase. The game service runs on Railway. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Your browser also stores the session information required to keep you signed in.
Sharing and retention
Callsigns and ranked scores are visible to other players. Your Google name, photo, and email are not displayed on the leaderboard. We do not sell your information. Account and gameplay data is retained while the feature operates or until you request deletion, except where a longer period is required for security or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can play Free Play without a Google account. You can sign out at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your account data, email hey@pedromarques.io.
